    Tom Arenz joined Harvest in 1996. Prior to joining Harvest, he was President of the North American subsidiary of Preussag AG. Previously, Tom was a Principal with Joseph Littlejohn & Levy, a private equity investment firm, and in the corporate finance departments of Kidder Peabody and Drexel Burnham Lambert.

    He has a B.S. with Distinction in Mechanical Engineering from the U.S. Naval Academy and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

    Tom serves on the Boards of Truck Pro, Cycle Gear and Coveright. He previously served on the Boards of Associated Materials and Evenflo.

  • Michael B. DeFlorioSenior Managing Director

    Michael DeFlorio joined Harvest in 2003. Prior to joining Harvest, he was a Partner at J. H. Whitney & Co. where he completed private equity transactions in a number of sectors including general industrial, business services and healthcare. Before Whitney, he held positions at American Industrial Partners where he focused on acquiring middle market manufacturing businesses, and Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette in corporate finance.

    He has a B.S. in Economics from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

    Mike serves on the Boards of FCX, Bartlett Holdings and Seminole Energy Services. He previously served on the Boards of Aquilex, CSC, Natural Products Group and US Silica.

  • Stephen EisensteinSenior Managing Director

    Steve Eisenstein joined Harvest in 1999. Prior to joining Harvest, he was a founding partner at Paribas Principal Partners. Prior to founding Paribas Principal Partners, Steve was a Managing Director at Paribas, specializing in financing and investing in leveraged buyouts. Before joining Paribas, he worked in corporate finance at Chase Manhattan Bank and in equity research at Paine Webber Inc.

    He has a B.A. in Economics from Tufts University and an M.B.A. from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

    Steve serves on the Boards of Packers Holdings, Green Bancorp and Encanto Restaurants. He previously served on the Board of CSC.

  • Ira D. KleinmanSenior Managing Director

    Ira Kleinman, joined Harvest in 1984. Prior to joining Harvest, almost 30 years ago, he was Regional Controller of the Far East Division, AIG’s largest division. Previously he was a Financial Analyst with The Bank of New York and National Benefit Life Insurance Co.

    He has a B.S. degree in Accounting from State University of New York, Binghamton and an M.B.A. from St. John’s University.

    Ira serves on the Boards of Garretson Resolution Group, Insight Global, Driven Brands and DTI. He previously served on the Boards of Associated Materials, New Flyer and Natural Products Group.

  • Stephen CarlsonVice President

    Stephen Carlson joined Harvest in 2010. Prior to joining Harvest, he was an Associate at DLJ Merchant Banking Partners and Brockway Moran & Partners, where he focused on leveraged buyout transactions. Previously, Steve was an Analyst in the Corporate and Leveraged Finance group at CIBC World Markets where he executed transactions for the firm’s private equity clients.

    He has a B.S. from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.

    Steve serves on the Board of FCX.

  • Paige DalyPrincipal

    Paige Daly joined Harvest in 2010. Prior to joining Harvest, she was a Managing Director at LNK Partners and Apax Partners Consumer and Retail Group. Paige focused on growth capital, buyout and recapitalization investments in consumer and retail businesses. Before Apax, Paige was with Bain Capital in Boston and, previous to that, was at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette in investment banking.

    She has a B.S. in Economics from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

    Paige serves on the Boards of Driven Brands and Cycle Gear.

  • Michael GreenmanSenior Associate

    Michael Greenman joined Harvest in 2012. Prior to joining Harvest, he was an Associate at Endeavour Capital, where he focused on leveraged buyout transactions. Previously, Mike was an Analyst at Jefferies & Co. in the Financial Sponsors and Leveraged Finance groups, where he executed transactions for the firm’s private equity clients.

    He has a B.S. in Finance and a B.A. in Economics and International Relations from the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

  • Joseph J. HegenbartManaging Director

    Jay Hegenbart joined Harvest in 2009. Prior to joining Harvest he was a Managing Director at CIBC World Markets and Oppenheimer & Co. where he spent over 15 years providing debt and investing equity in leveraged buyout transactions primarily in the industrial services and consumer industries. Before joining CIBC World Markets, Jay was an Associate at The Argosy Group L.P. Earlier Jay held positions at Prudential Securities and Price Waterhouse.

    He has a B.S. in Business Administration from Georgetown University.

    Jay serves on the Board of Bartlett Holdings.

  • James S. MitchelSenior Associate

    James Mitchel joined Harvest in 2009. Prior to joining Harvest, he was an Analyst at Moelis & Company. While at Moelis & Company, he worked on a variety of M&A and restructuring assignments across numerous industries. Prior to Moelis & Company, Jim was an Analyst at Jefferies & Company.

    He has a B.S. in Economics from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

  • Cliff MoskowitzVice President

    Cliff Moskowitz joined Harvest in 2012. Prior to joining Harvest, he was with Tailwind Capital where he completed private equity transactions in healthcare and business services. Prior to Tailwind, Cliff was a Consultant at Bain & Co. and an Associate at Saunders Karp & Megrue. Cliff began his career at The Beacon Group, an investment bank and private equity firm.

    He has an A.B. in Politics from Princeton University and an M.B.A. from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

    Cliff serves on the Board of Garretson Resolution Group.

  • Paul MurdockManaging Director

    Paul Murdock joined Harvest in 2009. Prior to joining Harvest, he spent 16 years in energy investment banking, most recently working as a Managing Director covering Master Limited Partnerships in the midstream energy space within the Deutsche Bank global energy group. Prior to Deutsche Bank, Paul spent time in the energy investment banking groups of both JP Morgan and UBS.

    He has a B.S. in Finance and Accounting from Drexel University and an M.B.A. in Finance and Accounting from Columbia Business School.

  • Simon T. RobertsManaging Director, Operations

    Simon Roberts joined Harvest in 2013. Prior to joining Harvest, he was a Managing Director at Diamond Castle Holdings where he was responsible for driving portfolio company performance improvement initiatives. Before Diamond Castle, he spent 15 years at Bain & Company, where he was the lead partner for the New York Private Equity Practice. In this role, Simon worked with many of the leading large cap and mid-market private equity funds on due diligence, post-acquisition performance improvement, and merger integration. He has experience in the distribution, building products packaging, healthcare services and consumer products sectors. Simon started his career as an industrial engineer in the UK.

    He has an M.A. in engineering from Cambridge University and an M.B.A. from the MIT Sloan School of Management.

  • Andrew M. SchoenthalManaging Director

    Andrew Schoenthal joined Harvest in 2005. Prior to joining Harvest, he worked as a Vice President at Charlesbank Capital Partners and as a Senior Associate at J.H. Whitney & Co. Andrew also worked at Morgan Stanley & Co. as an Associate in the Global High Yield Group.

    He has a B.A. in Economics from Emory University and an M.B.A. from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

    Andrew serves on the Boards of Garretson Resolution Group, DTI, Green Bank, Encanto Restaurants and Cycle Gear.

  • David J. SchwartzSenior Associate

    David J. Schwartz joined Harvest in 2006, and returned to Harvest in 2011 after attending business school. Prior to joining Harvest, he was an Analyst at J.P. Morgan where he focused primarily on M&A assignments within the Financial Institutions, Real Estate, Gaming and Lodging sectors.

    He has a B.B.A. from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.

  • Christopher D. WhalenManaging Director

    Christopher Whalen joined Harvest in 1999. Prior to joining Harvest, he worked as a Financial Analyst at Lehman Brothers in the Global Mergers & Acquisitions Group specializing in corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions, in North America and Latin America.

    He has an A.B. degree in Economics and Government from Dartmouth College.

    Chris serves on the Boards of FCX, TruckPro, Bartlett Holdings and Seminole Energy Services. He previously served on the Boards of Aquilex, Associated Materials and Natural Products Group.

Previously, Jay was an Analyst in the Leveraged Finance group at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette where he executed transactions for the firm’s private equity clients.

  • Krishna BhadrirajuAssociate

    Krishna Bhadriraju joined Harvest in 2012. Prior to joining Harvest, he was an analyst in the investment banking division of Barclays Capital. While at Barclays, he focused on mergers & acquisitions, debt financings and equity raises for public and private companies across multiple sectors within Technology, including software, IT services and enterprise computing.

    He has a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin

  • Daniel J. BiseAssociate

    Dan Bise joined Harvest in 2013. Prior to joining Harvest, he was an Associate at Tailwind Capital, where he completed private equity transactions in the business services and communications sectors. Previously, Dan was an Analyst at BlackRock Private Equity Partners, where he focused on leveraged buyout co-investments.

    Dan has a B.B.A. in Finance and Accounting from James Madison University and is a CFA charterholder.

  • Eric FrischmanAssociate

    Eric Frischman joined Harvest in 2011. Prior to joining Harvest, he was an analyst in the investment banking division of Bank of America Merrill Lynch. While at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, he focused on mergers & acquisitions, debt financings and equity raises for public and private companies.

    He has a B.S. in Economics from Duke University.

  • Wesley HaydonAssociate

    Wesley Haydon joined Harvest in 2012. Prior to joining Harvest, he was an Associate at Great Hill Partners, where he originated and evaluated investment opportunities in the Internet, media and business and consumer services sectors. Previously, Wes was an Analyst in the Financial Sponsor Group at J.P. Morgan where he focused on M&A, debt and equity transactions for the firm’s private equity clients.

    He has a B.S. in Business Administration from Washington and Lee University.

    Debra Bricker joined Harvest in 1998. Prior to joining Harvest, she was a Senior Accountant at Schroders in New York and Singapore. Previously, Debra was at Coopers & Lybrand in its capital markets division. Debra is a Founding Member of the Board of Directors of the NY Private Equity & VC Chapter of the Financial Executive’s Alliance (FEA).

    She has a B.B.A. degree in Accounting from Hofstra University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

  • Fabia DeCrescenzoController

    Fabia DeCrescenzo joined Harvest in 2004. Prior to joining Harvest, she was a Semi-Senior Accountant at Deloitte & Touche LLP. At Deloitte, she worked primarily in their private equity group.

    She has a B.S. and Masters degree in Accounting from St. John’s University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

  • Natalie PambukianAssistant Controller

    Natalie Pambukian joined Harvest in 2012. Prior to joining Harvest, she was an Assistant Controller at RNK Capital LLC. Previously, Natalie was an Audit Senior at Deloitte & Touche LLP in its private equity group.

    She has a B.A. degree in Accounting from Queens College of the City University of New York.
